    Forno Bravo Built-In Modena2G Pizza Oven


    A pizza oven featuring professional-style quality, durability and incredible heat retention, the Commercial Forno Bravo Built In Modena2G Pizza Oven is an American-made design, which is endorsed by cookbook writer Peter Reinhart. Choose from the following four sizes: 48" W x 56" D, 56" W x 64" D, 56" W x 72" D or 56" W x 80" D. Additionally, customize the fuel option you desire with your pizza oven; we offer this commercial pizza oven with a Wood, Liquid Propane and Wood, or Natural Gas and Wood fueled option. With the gas models, you will enjoy 125,000 BTUs of heat as well as a pilot-less ignition, which makes for a fuel-efficient gas burner. Our built-in pizza oven is constructed with 4" of floor insulation and 4" to 6" of wall insulation, enabling the Forno Bravo pizza oven to reach and maintain its maximum heat capacity of 800˚F – add the Forno Bravo Stainless Steel Hood, sold separately, to ensure proper ventilation.

    Monitor temperatures effortlessly with the dial thermometer located on the steel door, or if you choose a gas-fueled model, the gas burner reads out temperatures electronically. These designs feature seven temperature levels so you can put your culinary expertise to the test, and add on the Forno Bravo Commercial Oven Brush to keep your kiln-fired cooking floor clean and ready to go. The smallest model can bake up to six 12" pizzas at once while the largest model can bake up to fourteen 12" pizzas!

    If you prefer to have a traditional brick pizza oven exterior displayed in your patio and pool space, complete your pizza ovens 22" W x 10.5" H door opening with the Forno Bravo Brick Arch for Modena2G Pizza Ovens, available at Outdora. Please note that this design is UL737, UL2162, ANSI/NSF-4 and ANSIZ83a certified, making it easier to obtain permits. Depending on the pizza oven you choose, our commercial ovens have a volume ranging from 13.5 square feet to 24.2 square feet, a weight varying from 2,200 pounds to 3,050 pounds and exterior dimensions ranging from 58" W x 60" D x 23" H to 64" W x 84" D x 23" H. The fully assembled design is hassle free, and to protect your investment, do abide by the five-day seasoning process.
