This Twin Eagles built in gas grill comes with a restaurant grade rotisserie featuring an up to 100 lb. turning capacity and an innovative two position system that maintains proper distance from the infrared burner to provide ultra efficient browning. This high end 36 inch built-in barbecue also provides a medium size option to the 30 and 42 inch models with all the same great features, including Twin Eagles’ superior operability for a professional grilling experience that’s as enjoyable as the barbecued foods it produces.

Specially designed 3/8-inch hexagonal stainless steel cooking grates with wide, flat surfaces transfer heat consistently and create deep steakhouse-like sear marks. This flat commercial styling keeps foods from sagging between the grates and allows for easy flipping. High temperature ceramic briquettes generate and retain heat consistently for thorough even grilling and act as a barrier for burning off excess grease.

Zone dividers provide for independent heat control between burners so foods requiring varied temperatures can be grilled at the same time. This model also comes with a sealed smoker box, which holds liquid for soaking mesquite, hickory or your favorite wood chips to give your meat a smoky flavor. Position for optimal heat distribution.
