From their beginning, over 40 year ago, Twin Oaks Hammocks has set itself apart from other hammock companies with the quality of their workmanship and their attention to detail. They start with yarn that is specially chosen for weather-resistance and colorfastness and twist it themselves into durable rope that is perfectly formed for Twin Oaks’ hammock and hammock chair designs. They mill their own lumber from hand-chosen, locally harvested white oak logs and kiln & air dry it on site for well-seasoned, outdoor use. Twin Oaks Hammocks bring old world craftsmanship and attention to detail to the discerning casual furniture and hammock enthusiast.
