Qualarc was founded in 1993 by Richard and Greg Phelps, two brothers, in a small garage workshop in Orangevale, California. The company was started with the concept of providing high quality mailboxes and address signs to discriminating homeowners. Most products were handcrafted in the small workshop then sold door to door by the brothers.
Within a few years the company began manufacturing its own line of cast aluminum lighted address plaques, column mount mailboxes and decorative cluster mailbox units. In 2006 Qualarc was formed and introduced many new designs including natural stone and crushed stone products. With the emphasis on quality at an affordable price Qualarc products have been a hit with retailers across the nation. |
