RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with a product you have received for any reason, please contact us to return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase. All returned items must be returned in their original condition. A refund or credit will be issued upon our receipt of the item.

  • In the case of shipping damage, the customer must notify us within 10 days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement. If an item appears to be damaged due to reasons other than shipping, please contact us to make replacement arrangements.

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply to all returned items.

  • Items that are customized may not be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization.

  • Outdora offers a one-year limited warranty for all items.
