At
the grand opening of the Outdora Showroom, guests had
the pleasure of savoring delicious barbeque from local Sonoma Chef Norm
Owens. Owens’ delectable flank steak tacos were
cooked on one of
Outdora’s own freestanding Viking Grills. With a background
that includes
cooking at Bottega in Yountville and Michael Mina in San Francisco,
Owens’
culinary passion has inspired him to launch his new bistro, Hot Box
Grill.
Hot Box serves local sustainable food from a traditional wood fired
oven.
